Clerical User Biling Information
The Board of Directors has established a $100 annual fee for MLS Clerical Users. Clerical user's billing will be sent on the same billing cycle as the agents. More info to follow.

Continuing Education and DRE Forms now available Online
Knowing how difficult it is for REALTORS to find time between open houses and
presentations to take required continuing education courses in order to renew their DRE
license, CVAR and the Calif. Assoc. of REALTORS have teamed up with learning.net to
provide REALTORS with an online catalog of required continuing education courses including
all necessary DRE forms.
A wide range of approved courses are available individually or in a money-saving

own pace from the comfort and convenience of their home or office. Best of all, upon
completing the course and passing the exam, REALTORS can get an immediate certification

CVAR has two meeting rooms available for rent to members of the Association both ground floor convenient.
Suite 101 can hold approximately 35 persons schoolroom style and is well-suited to seminars or meetings.
Suite 104 is the board room. It has a large oval table surrounded by 20 leather chairs. The room has blackout drapes for Power Point or overhead presentations.
Both rooms are also wired for DSL internet connection. Optional coffee/tea service is available upon request.
